Omnia Starch Factory is situated in Medgidia, Constanta, within approx. 103,000 m2 land next to the Danube - Black Sea Canal. The project contains main production buildings, facility buildings, administrative building and 15 corn silos adding up a total of 36,500 m2 total built area.
Melsam is assigned as General Contractor for this project, which also benefits from the State Aid Program. Construction works are on-going, which has started immediately after obtaining the construction permit in the end of 2019.
