Melsam has been appointed by Curent Metal as General Contractor in New Production Plant Project and handed over the works turn-key, including the offices and guest building fit-out works.
Plant is situated in Vacaresti, near Targoviste City and near Arctic`s future factory, this investment will consist of a metal parts factory for washing machines produced by Arctic . The plot for the project has a total surface of 6.8 hectares and will host the following:
Main building for production, warehouse, office and technical annex which will be located in the centre of the land. This building will be developed on a total surface of approximately 13 000 sqm. It will have two different heights: a 15.5 meters maximum height above the precast beam in the press areas and a 12.90 meters height above the precast beam in the production, warehouse and office. The office area will be included inside this main production building and will be developed on 3 levels (ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor).
Accommodation Building located on the south side of the land with a total surface of 570 sqm and developed on 2 levels (Ground floor and 1st floor)
