Melsam Construction has been appointed by ARCTIC S.A. as Project Manager during the execution period, in Arctic New Manufacturing Plant.
Situated in Ulmi, near Targoviste City, the plot for the project has a total surface of 705247 sqm and is hosting main building for washing machine production, warehouse, office and technical annex which will be located in the center of the land. This building was developed on a total surface of approximately 80 252 sqm in two phases.
Circulation areas including parking and platforms have total of 118015 sqm with 67611 sqm of green space. Rest of the land, approx. 431369 sqm will remain undeveloped.
